Good location near BTS station, shopping malls, and night market. Spacious and clean rooms with gym and swimming pool available. Buffet breakfast with a variety of options. Helpful and polite staff. Hand sanitizers provided at entrance, reception, and lifts.

We had a great time here! The hotel is perfectly located in the center of all the shopping centers and so close to the BTS station, which made getting around so much easier. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the service we received was impeccable. We loved the fact that the hotel offered car hire, room service, laundry, and a doctor on call. We also enjoyed the amenities in the room, such as the mini bar and the tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant had a great selection of food and drinks, and there was even a spa and wellness center on site, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of shopping.

Loved the stay, it was very nice for business trip. Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was strategic near to MRT, close to 7/11. We had brand-new rooms with nice view and the staff were decent. The food was good - lots of options.

This hotel was good base for exploring Bangkok, appreciated it. Stunning and fantastic location next to Khlong Saen Saep. Moreover, there was a lake within 15 mins walk from the venue.
The service was excellent, nonetheless some people working there were poor.

We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom family suite with comfortable beds and a breathtaking city view. The hotel is a short walk from the skytrain and major shopping malls, making it easy to reach the airport. The gym, pool, and laundry facilities were great. The friendly staff provided free water and fruits.
The cleanliness of the bathroom needs improvement.

The staff and rooms of the hotel were great! When we arrived, our Wheelchair Accessible room with balcony and great views, as example was ready.
Checked the air conditioner and it was a bit noisy.
